Deposit
Your reservation is to be considered binding only after our written confirmation and as soon as we have received your deposit (40% of the total reservation amount).
Check-In / Check-Out
On the day of arrival your room will be available from 2 p.m.
On the day of departure we ask you to leave your room by 11 a.m.
Pets
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our hotel.
Tourist tax
In addition to the total price of the stay, a tourist tax of 2.00 € per person and night will be charged directly on site for all guests over 14 years of age.
Parking
You can park your car free of charge in our parking area.
Smokers
According to Italian law, smoking is forbidden in our hotel and therefore also in our rooms. You can smoke on our sun terrace.
Cancellation conditions
- Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel your reservation free of charge.
- In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival we charge 40% of the total reservation amount.
- In case of cancellation 29 to 7 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total reservation amount.
- In case of cancellation 7 to 1 day before arrival we charge 90% of the total reservation amount.
- In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure we charge the total reservation amount.
Benefits for our guests
Our guests can take part in the "Val Gardena Active" weekly programme free of charge or at a reduced price.
Wellness area
Our wellness area is open every day from 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. We also put bathrobes, bath slippers and bath towels at your disposal.
WiFi
Free Wifi available in the whole building.

You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by EC card or by credit card (Mastercard/Visa, except American Express).
