The founder with heart and a smile

Together with her husband Carlo, Fefi laid the foundations of our hotel. To this day, she remains an integral part of the house: she lovingly takes care of the flowers, enjoys helping out with the afternoon bar service, and always has an open ear for guests and family alike. With her infectious laughter and her often playful words of wisdom, she brings joy and good humour to the house every day. As a proud great-grandmother, she is especially happy that four generations now come together under one roof.

Karoline & Andreas

Where perfection meets passion

Karoline is the heart of our hotel. With great organisational talent, an eye for detail and tireless dedication, she makes sure that every guest feels completely at home. She keeps all the threads together and is a passionate host by conviction.

Her husband Andreas helps out in the family business whenever he is not on duty with the professional fire brigade in Munich. Behind the scenes, he is always ready to lend a hand wherever needed and is an indispensable part of the team. In winter, you will most likely find him on the ski slopes of the Dolomites.

Elisabeth & Simon with Jakob

The next generation

After completing the hotel management school and studying business psychology, Elisabeth brings fresh ideas and new inspiration to the family business. Together with her mother, she is primarily responsible for organisation and the office and, with great passion, continues to develop the hotel.

Her husband Simon is an osteopath and supports the team whenever an extra pair of hands is needed – especially behind the bar. And should the occasional little ache make itself known after an active day in the mountains, he is happy to offer our guests his professional osteopathic expertise upon request.

Together with their son Jakob, this young family represents the third and fourth generations of the house and is carrying the story of our hotel into the future.

Always part of the family

Although Andreas has taken a different professional path and does not work at the hotel, he remains an important part of our family. His home and the mountains are still very close to his heart, which is why he loves returning home whenever he can – and when he does, you will often find him around the hotel as well.
