Located directly on the Biancaneve ski slope, feeder to the Dantercëpies cable car, our hotel is an excellent starting point for exciting outdoor experiences. From our ski room you have direct access to the slopes of the famous Sella Ronda and the Dolomiti Superski carousel. 

You can simply leave your car in our car park during your stay. Numerous restaurants, cafés and the village centre are just a few minutes' walk from our hotel, while the surrounding attractions and leisure destinations are easily accessible by bus.

Skiing and hiking adventures

Skiing and snowboarding on the legendary Sella Ronda, cross-country skiing in the nearby Vallunga, sledging on Rasciesa or winter hiking in the legendary Dolomites - Selva and Val Gardena offer plenty of action and fun for winter sports enthusiasts!

Skiing

Ready to go skiing? Then get out of bed and onto the slopes! You can strap on your skis right outside our hotel and immediately whizz down the white, challenging slopes of the famous Sella Ronda and Val Gardena, then over the Gardena Pass to Alta Badia or to the sunny Alpe di Siusi. With over 175 kilometres of perfectly groomed ski slopes, the Val Gardena ski area offers an excellent combination for ski professionals and families with children looking for variety and challenge.

The ski area is also part of the famous "Dolomiti Superski" ski network - 12 ski areas in the Dolomites that can be accessed with a single ski pass.

Winter hiking & sledging

Winter hiking in the middle of the Val Gardena Dolomites, snowshoeing through snow-covered slopes and - after a cosy stop at a mountain hut - rent a sledge on the alp and whizz down into the valley! We particularly recommend the family-friendly, 6 km-long sledging run on the Rasciesa in Ortisei.

So off you go into the winter wonderland of Val Gardena!

Short break for connoisseurs

After the sport, numerous mountain huts invite hungry winter fans to enjoy delicious traditional South Tyrolean dishes and modern creations from the Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine.

Crosscountry Skiing

Surrounded by the majestic mountain scenery of the Puez-Odle Nature Park, the unspoilt Vallunga near Selva is the perfect winter destination for beginners and advanced cross-country skiers. For cross-country skiing newcomers, there are shorter trails in the flatter part of the cross-country valley, while professionals can cross the valley on a 10 km-long valley and training trail.

Further cross-country skiing centres can be found in S. Cristina/Monte Pana and on the Alpe di Siusi.
